I understand this is a non-binding AI draft and not legal advice.

This is an AI-assisted draft for discussion only. It is not legal advice, not a signed charter party, and not a BIMCO or other licensed form. TideTrades provides TideTrades-owned wording inspired by common voyage CP practice. You and your counterparties are solely responsible for reviewing, negotiating, and executing definitive documents with qualified counsel.
